The mount clips to the top of the monitor without screws, adhesive, or modification to the screen. It works on flat and curved monitors. The USB-C power draws from the monitor itself in most setups, which eliminates a cable run to a wall socket. The installation from unboxing to operational takes under five minutes.

The Webcam Accessory

The Halo 2 ships with a webcam mounting accessory that clips to the light bar and positions a webcam correctly for video calls. A light positioned at eye level in front of you, combined with a camera at eye level, is the correct setup for a professional video call. It does not include a webcam. It provides the mount for one you already own or choose to add.

Honest Limitations

The ScreenBar Halo 2 requires a monitor with a reasonably flat or consistently curved top edge for the clip to seat correctly. Ultra-slim bezels on some monitors create a less secure mount. Worth checking against your specific screen before purchasing. The rear bias light also requires a wall or surface behind the monitor to be effective.
